Thank you for the bug report.

However, our team has decided to reject the bug as the phone number for each contact should be a mobile phone number.
Our application would not allow for landline numbers (any phone numbers starting with 6).

It is also stated as part of PHONE_NUMBER constraints:

We have decided to use mobile phone numbers for duplicate person, where strict identification is required in order to register for a mobile phone number in the context of Singapore.
