Because Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies are important to have and because some businesses don't understand their importance or are unable or unwilling to afford an attorney to draft custom T&C and Privacy Policy documents. This plugin allows you to create your own, based on Automattic's. Thanks to Automattic for telling us we can use and abuse theirs. How? Go to the plugin's Settings page and complete all required fields. Then change shortcode output setting from Off to On and the shortcodes will work. Language other than English? As this plugin generates Terms of Service and Privacy Policy documents, which is worded specifically for the United States of America, I'd say it's not smart to translate the output text into another language. If you have a legal document in another language that you want to use (and have permission to use), just put its full text in a WordPress page and link to it where needed (i.e. put your full text in a page instead of using this plugin). MultiSite? There aren't any multisite network settings. Must be activated and setup on each site individually. How can I give back? Should it be more MultiSite friendly so each site can have their own information? It doesn't currently break MultiSite, but it's not quite a MultiSite plugin.

If changing filename (e.g. from auto-terms-of-service-privacy-policy.php to setup.php), will deactivate the plugin, which requires manual re-activation.

It would be nice if you could pass a parameter to the shortcode to not display the title. Simply using the [my_privacy_policy] on a new page would show the title twice on most pages. The page title the_title() and the title generated in the shortcode. As most themes will always show the title perhaps it would be good to allow the shortcode to not show the title?

I caught a grammatical error in the text and wanted to point it out to you:
Under PROTECTION OF CERTAIN PERSONALLY-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION:

If the name begins with a consonant, "an" should be "a."

Idea is to pre-populate with Terms and Privacy Policy agreement text and then allow wp-admin user to edit to their heart's content.
It should be the full WP Content Editor / TinyMCE to make it easy to make headings and such.
If implemented, there should be a button to "Reset to Default" on each of the text boxes.

I used this plugin to generate policy text and then copied it to a page.
One of the possible improvements could be a check box asking if website is using ads. In my case the policy was for a non-profit research organization that doesn't have any ads on their site, so there was no point to display automatically generated policy with parts that are not needed.
