Concerned about Ortogonalize and Inference
Thanks for your code. Your code is very well.
When I read your code I have some point that I don't understand in your code. Can you explained for me about the bellowing point.
- First about Ortogonalize, "W = (W * real((W' * W)^(-0.5)))" I saw that you always applied on the de-mixing matrix. I found the algorithm and dont see this normalization like you are using.
- Second, when inference (denoising with new image) phase, you used a mask what is your proposal with this mask "mask = ica > 3 * mean_; ica = ica .* mask;". And last point, you use all the components to reconstruct image. I suppose that you removed noise component and keep only content component.
