ksnp -b hifi.map.sort.bam -r Rp4.fa -v R.p4.vcf -o R.p4_ksnp.vcf
erro: Segmentation fault (core dumped)
I've assembled two haplotypes of a diploid genome using hifiasm with Hi-C and ONT HIFI data. Next, I attempted to utilize the assembled HIFI data with ksnp to identify potential assembly errors. However, I encountered issues during the ksnp execution process (using R.p4.vcf generated by longshot).
我用hifiasm基于hic hifi ont 组装了一个二倍体的两个单倍体基因组，然后我想用组装的hifi数据使用ksnp看能不能鉴定到一些组装错误，在运行ksnp时遇到了一些问题 注（R.p4.vcf是用longshot生成的）
