Hi @pelucapampa would you mind me getting in touch directly to find out how you got the approval from Facebook? I tried multiple times but they always have reason to reject. Many others are the same, once I know and do it myself also, I'll probably write a guide and/or a video too.

Hi @jordan26 it wasn't easy, I did it a lot of times, until in the end there was only the Instagram thing left.

I've this advance permissions on facebook
pages_messaging
instagram_manage_messages
pages_manage_metadata
Business Asset User Profile Access
pages_read_engagement
instagram_basic
pages_show_list

But chatwoot cannot obtain name profile, and now, not sent message if contact not admin facebook page.

Have any ideas if we need other permission?

How did you get this to work? I've been rejected multiple times and all they say is, that they can't login with the provided credentials, but the credentials are correct. I've even showed in the screencast that i copy the credentials from their own review page and paste them into the chatwoot login...
