Hello,
Noticed your other project Geometric patterns and I thought it would be cool if you could use one of those as a header background on this theme...
Any ideas if this is possible?
Hey, this is my first time publishing my site with github.
I am fairly new, and am curious on how to use your theme using it, i get a _config.yml file, but thats it. I get no index, nor any of your css files. I was able to figure out how to https://sell.github.io/ edit the name by adding a description in the yml file, but how do I get your styles and everything for when making a index.html file? do I just copy your css files? Sorry, I am new to github, and I know how to do web development, but never used github for a site.
Hello
I admire your cayman-theme, and want to use it to modify my blog.
However, I am new to web development and do not know how to use it as as jekyll layout.
So, can you help me and present a simple tutorial about how to use it in jekyll?
I am trying to add IDs to a few headers in the automatic page generator with the ## Header ## {#id-goes-here}
syntax and the a link like this [Link to header](#id-goes-here}
but it doesn't seem to work.
I really like this theme but this issue prevents me from using it.
If I put a code block inside a link text then the link text is not highlighted:
[`Text`](https://www.google.com)
Actual result: the link color is gray
Expected result: the link color is blue
E.g. standard GitHub readme displays this case as expected.
It looks like you load your kitten images from 3rd parties. The small kitten image seems to no longer be available. Go look at the small image section of the preview, to see what I'm talking about.
Obviously a trivial problem, but people pick themes from the previews and might be wary of one that appears broken.
Hi I’ve just started looking into using jekyll and github pages and have very little web development & jekyll experience. I noticed that you can use the cayman theme with the automatic page generator, but was wondering how to integrate it with the jekyll workflow. Right now the automatic page generator just dumps html and css into the github user/organization repository. If I start using jekyll instead of the automatic page generator, can I use the cayman theme? If so, how does one get started with this?
