Visual Studio color scheme for Sublime Text and Texmate

For those familiar with Visual Studio that switched to the above editors, here is the low noise syntax highlighting scheme.

Installation

Sublime Text 2

Drop Visual Studio.tmTheme file in: \Data\Packages\Color Scheme - Default

Sublime Text 3

From the menu: Preferences -> Browse Packages
Inside the folder that pops up, create a subfolder: Colorsublime-Themes
Drop Visual Studio.tmTheme in there

Textmate

Drop Visual Studio.tmTheme file in: ~/Library/Application Suport/TextMate/Themes/

Error loading color scheme in SublimeText 3

Error loading color scheme in Sublime Text 3.

"Error parsing plist xml: expected = in file Packages/Colorsublime-Themes/Visual Studio.tmTheme on line: 42

Note that if I comment out line 42, the same error occurs on other lines.

Please help if you can. I've been using VS for so many years that I can't adapt to any of the ST color themes!

Error loading colour scheme: Error parsing plist xml : Error reading Attributes

I got an error when trying to load up the colour scheme after dropping it in my "Color Scheme - Default" folder which was located in App Data \ Roaming \ Sublime \ Packages ... etc. Did I install incorrectly?
