Error running bundle exec jekyll serve

I am running Jekyll on a Windows Machine. When I run the bundle exec jekyll serve command from the command prompt while in the allanlab-gh-pages directory I get the following error:

The recent feature added by GitHub could be very useful in this context. Thanks for developing and maintaining this!

[Feature] Same height for blocks in the same row in Publications Group highlights

I adapt this template to set the Group highlights blocks (wells) with the same height using flexbox. See http://sing.cse.ust.hk/publications/.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Hi,

I followed the instructions mentioned here to copy the website template. However, the webpage is not able to download the resources such as css and images. I believe this is because Jekyll is not building the files correctly. Any help? My page looks like below.

But i notice the menu cannot open in my andriod mobile phone. I don't know if you will encounter such a problem.
