Colour threshold tuner

Lighting conditions will inevitably change for the pixel detection algorithms, so we will need some way to do this more efficiently, especially near a field of similar brightnesses. An OpMode that took the user through seeing a pixel-tuning process on the dashboard would be good.

MoveToPixelTask

Task to move to a pixel with complete autonomy instead of just aligning. We should also consider pixel priority and potentially integrate this with the current pixel detection systems, as the multi-colour threshold will collate all data in the getData() method.

Will also need to consider making these tasks compatible in Auton as well.
