ZeroDivisionError (when --no_progress activated)

Might be related to the --no_progress parameter. Could you give a try without?
I have give a shot, it's indeed due to the --no_progress option.

It will be fixed in a next release. During this time If you really need to use the --no_progress option you can fix it by yourself following the instruction below:

1. Uninstall EMBLmyGFF3:

pip unistall EMBLmyGFF3

clone the repo in a nice place:

mkdir ~/git
cd ~/git
git clone https://github.com/NBISweden/EMBLmyGFF3.git
cd EMBLmyGFF3

Replace line 1386 of the EMBLmyGFF3.py file :

EMBL.print_progress(True)

by

    if args.progress:    
        EMBL.print_progress(True)

and save the change (here using the nano text editor but you can use what ever you want):
nano EMBLmyGFF3/EMBLmyGFF3.py

install EMBLmyGFF3 with the modification:

python setup.py install

or if you do not have administartive rights on your machine:

python setup.py install --user
