Problem with kaiju2anvio.R

Hi
I am running intro an error when running kaiju2anvio.R script after kaiju taxonomic assignment.
The error is the following:

Loading required package: parallel
Error in `[.data.frame`(kaiju.names, , 2) : undefined columns selected
Calls: kaiju2mat -> cbind -> as.matrix -> [ -> [.data.frame
Execution halted

Any help would be appreciated.

kaiju2anvio.R Execution halted when rows have some missing column values.

When I run his command Rscript kaiju2anvio.R gene_calls_nr.names gene_calls_nr-fixed.names
I am getting the following error in terminal. I'm not able to understand the error. Kindly help.
