Export .skeletonpreset

Hi,
Does anyone know how to export a .skeletonpreset file from Maya?
I search the keyword "skeletonpreset" and found this video. https://vimeo.com/301451175
In the video, when introducing RuntimeManager I saw if want to use this function need to prepare a .skeletonpreset file first.
But I can't find the sample skeletonpreset in /Assets/Models/ and this repo is only one branch.
Can someone share a .skeletonpreset file with me?

GPL Questions

Hi, What's your expectation with regard to usage in non-GPL projects? How would the following be handled?

1. Usage in a build that is given away freely and the source is available under something like an MIT licence. (would just the rigger code be GPL?)
2. Usage in a build that is given away freely but the source isn't released (Would this be forbidden or would a link to the rigger source alongside the build be OK?)
3. Usage in commercial work that wasn't distributed to the general public (i.e. museum or gallery piece)
4. Usage in a paid closed-source project (I presume in this case one would contact you for a commercial licence?)
