Dear @jxshi, thanks for reporting! I just ran the example, and did not get any errors, so a bit confused. I assume you are running Docker-based? Could you share your TOML configuration file?

I just changed pop_gnomad = "nfe" to pop_gnomad = "esa", other parameters were left unchanged. I was running Docker-based report system.

Which explains the error. If you read the comments in the TOML file, esa is not among the permitted populations, but eas is. I seem to have removed an error-check here by mistake, I will add this.

Try with eas, and hopefully it should work! :-)
