for better noticing this bug recommended to set a big speed of building, give to ai a lot of resources and set 7 enemies. Very soon it is possible to see that 1-2 players dont show any progress
from stratagus.

this bug has noticed only in old stratagus 2.2.4 and it's already fixed on trunk
