changing video mode "on the fly" question

hi.
i am trying to change the video mode without shutting down the node.
i added a service in the code witch changes the video mode.
my function looks like this:

 `serviceHandler()`
{
    if(req.mode == 0)
    {
        video_mode = YUV;
    }
    else
    {
        video_mode = RAW16;
    }
    closeCamera();
    openCamera();
}

when i try this i get the error:
"flir_boson_usb - VIDIOC_S_FMT error. The camera does not support the requested video format."

do you have any idea why this is happening?

Forgot nodelet_plugins.xml

The repo packages (at least on Kinetic, probably others) don't correctly install nodelet_plugins.xml. As such, the nodelet loader can't load the nodelet.

To fix, add in CMakeLists.txt

install(FILES nodelet_plugins.xml DESTINATION ${CATKIN_PACKAGE_SHARE_DESTINATION})

Thermal Camera Calibrations

The driver works great!

I have one question: how are the camera calibrations acquired for the thermal cameras such as the calibration shown in the example calibrations file?
