Do the batch correction methods in batchbench work for Bulk RNA seq (instead of single cell)?

Hi, The work , BatchBench, seems fantastic, But In the README, the format of metadata.txt is confused, suppose I have datasets A (A.rds), B (B.rds), then metadata.txt should be how?

Issues running on the cluster

Hi, I'm trying to run this pipeline on the cluster after changing the input as suggested in the readme page but run into error as following:
Process get_datasets (scrna) terminated with an error exit status (126).
Have you tried to submit through cluster and what are the changes on the code you have been made towards that?
