I'm trying to understand the evolution and role of RNA and RNPs in biological systems using computational methods (machine learning, molecular dynamics, structure prediction) and experimental (yeast genetics) and codify this knowledge into predictive computational models that can be applied for future RNA therapeutics.

emacs-pdb-mode's Issues

Error: unsupported file type: #tmp4570610752#

I loaded a RNA pdb file in emacs.
I then tried to ooen it in PyMOL via the PDB pulldown in emacs.

I got the command history window text returned to a second window in emacs.
I got the following error message in the command history window of PyMOL:

 Error: unsupported file type: #tmp4570610752#
 Error: Argument processing aborted due to exception (above).
