error launching display

I get this error when I try to launch the description

[/robot_state_pub] [ERROR] [1499733404.901651609]: Failed to build tree: parent link [hand_palm_link] of joint [left_hand_motor_joint] not found.  This is not valid according to the URDF spec. Every link you refer to from a joint needs to be explicitly defined in the robot description. To fix this problem you can either remove this joint [left_hand_motor_joint] from your urdf file, or add "<link name="hand_palm_link" />" to your urdf file.
[robot_state_pub-1] process has died [pid 6061, exit code -11, cmd /opt/ros/indigo/lib/robot_state_publisher/robot_state_publisher __name:=robot_state_pub __log:=/home/athackst/.ros/log/8ad61fe4-65b0-11e7-9774-38d547c7fffa/robot_state_pub-1.log].

Please release the package

I believe it's worth for you to consider. Many users may have fun to use the package easily via apt-get.

Support Gazebo model

Thank you for sharing the URDF for the HSR! I'm wondering if the Gazebo model for the HSR was also available. Is there any plan to publish the Gazebo model?
