Request to add a new paper on Scene Coordinate Regression section

Hi,

Thanks for your thorough literature review and your arxiv paper. Your work helped me a lot when I was first approaching this domain.

I wondered if you may accept adding a new paper to the list. Our group recently released a new work on scene coordinate regression using cross-modal representation learning and was just accepted to CVPR'22.

The preprint is at: https://arxiv.org/abs/2112.09081, and our code is at https://github.com/TOPO-EPFL/CrossLoc. The focus may be a bit different than the pure localization algorithm, but I hope it could be related and help to update your well-maintained paper list here.
